Official Ducati sprocket. I can't give you an exact price as I paid for it with some other stuff, but around 10-15 squid.
It is an easy job if you have some basic mechanical knowledge (able to adjust the chain and re-align the wheel afterwards, and know how to fasten a tab washer - if you can't do these safely, don't start). Add a couple of big FO sockets, a big torque wrench reading up to 186NM and the usual workshop tools, and you're away.
