Cans for a GT1000?

Are there any suppliers of end cans for the GT, other then the "official" Termis & ECU kit from the official dealers?

I'd love a better sound, but the Termi kit seems to be running at about a grand, which is a little too much!

Hi Black Dog. Not sure if you've sorted some silencers for your GT1000 but if not you could check out these items from Staintune. They do suit the appearance of the GT1000 IMHO:

Sportouring Bike Accessories

My Ducati dealer has offered me a great deal on the Termi Kit for my Monster, less than £600 if fitted at the next service.

Thanks for that. I had already had a look there, but the price is a bit rich. I've had a quote from my dealer for the "official" Termi slip-ons, ECU and air filter mod, at £800, which I am considering after swallowing hard. The Staintune seemed to come in around the £600-700 mark IIRC.

I must have been spoilt by my Bandit - just over £100 for a Fuel end-can which was a great bit of kit.

I'm due a pay rise next month - perhaps I'll wait and save up my pennies.

Thanks.

Yes that's correct, £625.61 according to the web site. Good luck with the pay rise.
