Hyper dash - on/off/stop !!

Just got back from the TT where the Hyper has started bieng naughty .......
when i turn it on there is no dash but she starts and runs fine (no indicators) then after a short while the dash comes on and does a self test which kills the motor !
runs ok for a while and the dash goes off but the engine keeps running , if you then turn the bike off the headlight stays on until you give it a little tap.
Im convinced the connections behind the headlight are corroding away nicely but am very reluctant to have a look until Ducati Leeds have had a poke around next week( 10 days left on the warranty) has anyone had similar problems (5700 miles) generaly dry !?
