Anyone use rear sets ?

After some lets say, "enthusiastic" riding on Sunday, I find I am grinding the rh footrest and on the other side the side stand. I was fancying a Track day at Knockhill but If I`m grinding things on the road, the track will be a mare..... hence the question.

Cheers,...... Just been reading about ride height adjustment at the rear , so this w/end gonna look at lifting the rear and dropping the forks flush with the Yokes at the front to keep the Geo correct. Will take measurements before hand in case it goes all "Pete Tong".......Crack is you can gain 25mm xtra clearance ..... this before RR sets I think!
