Ferry Crossing With Berth Available for MHe Tour!

Dear All,

The rest of my life won out on this one: I cannot attend the European Tour. I had booked my crossing in February!!, complete with single bed outside berth (rare, those) months ago. Now my son knows where he's going to uni (Royal Holloway) and when he's moving in (you guessed it). So, I have a prime ferry ticket available as follows:

Route: Portsmouth to Le Havre
Departing: Thu 18 September 2008 at 2300
Arriving: Fri 19 September 2008 at 0800
Passenger: 1 Adult
Method of Transport: Motorcycle, L900 MHE - Ducati MH900e
Accommodation: 1 of Single Berth Cabin (Outside)

Route: Le Havre to Portsmouth
Departing: Sun 21 September 2008 at 1700
Arriving: Sun 21 September 2008 at 2130
Passenger: 1 Adult
Method of Transport: Motorcycle, L900 MHE - Ducati MH900e
Accommodation: 1 of Single Berth Cabin (Outside)
Cost: 133.48 GBP

I spoke with the Ferry company: This ticket can be transferred for a £10 fee. If it takes that to get one of the UK lads over, I will pay it. I repeat, the berths are gone!

Regards,
Bob

Hi Bob - can you please stick this in the Ducatisti Classifieds? We like to keep the main forum free of ads.

Thanks

p.s. Might be an idea to be clear if one has to have a MH900e to participate in the Tour!

Sorry - wasn't thinking other than it was a bit of a special case. Over it goes.

No-one in Ducati-dom is barred from any Ducati-derived event, in my view.

But it does seem a little MH900e-centric... ergo, the target group.

Regards,
Bob
