Monster 620 - Suspension Setup?

I'm finding my rearend keeps skipping around (stop sniggering). I know nothing about suspension so was wondering what I should do?

Cheers

Sounds like the rear compression damping is set too hard (do monsters have adjustable suspension on the rear?) Or maybe the shocker is knackered.
Is it skipping or bouncing? If it is skipping off bumps and feels harsh then the compression is too hard. If it is bouncing up an down on the suspension the rebound is too soft or the shocker is goosed.
Have look at this for a guide to setting your suspension up: http://www.gostar-racing.com/club/mo...up.htm#SUMMARY

I left mine to the experts. Took it to Baines Racing and John set it up for £20.
