Are Any You Monster Owners Over 6ft?
After my little off it looks like my Multi will probably be written off. I thinking about buying a 600/620 monster for my next bike but with me being 6'1 I was wondering how comfortable I'd be on one.

Multi I am 5.84 ft. No problems at all, did not have to make any adjustments. For you I would think a sargent seat and you are fixed. Maybe some hight adjustment to handlebars. Do not get 600/620. Get an S2R 800 or older monster 02 to 04 800 cc which is already injected if you want small. My 750 with me and loaded for 3 day trip is a bit slugish around 70 mph. I am 100kg.
Best buy at the moment would be S2R 1000 or 2005 monster 1000/1000s 94 bhp. 04 monsters 1000 has 84 bhp. They are big enough for loading them up and do not have 130 bhp.
If you want to meet one day to try it out for size maybe we can arrange a meet.

Thanks for the offer M L. I'm looking to slow down and want a bike for under 2K so the bigger/later engines are not of any interest.

I know of quite a few tall Monster owners,
Have a look at
UK Monster Owners Club
I am sure the question has been asked there before.

Multi at the moment you will be able to get a 750 from around my bike age for 2.2k. I have a 2001 last carb, fun when trying to insure. I got mine for that during summer with termis but owner was not aware
Look at this but it might be for me:
Find Ducati Monster 900 (2002) Black LOW MILEAGE on eBay within, Ducati, Motorcycles Scooters, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 01-Nov-07 11:31:04 GMT)
or this
Find Ducati Monster 750 Dark on eBay within, Ducati, Motorcycles Scooters, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 03-Nov-07 12:36:59 GMT)

Multi I do agree this 750 has nasty cans. But that was only an example.
In couple of months I might be selling my 750.

I'm 6'5" and my S4 is fine, very comfortable to ride, no problems what so ever!
