Thinking of Buying a Monster 900ies?

Hello Lads
Looking for advice on buying a M900ies. Think that is correct.
Year 2000 with 8000 miles on the clock.
Three owners from new and dont think there is much by way of service history.
Light blue paint with white central stripe and white powdercoat frame.
Paint job is a cracker with tiny bit of metal flake. Same as Renault GP cars.
Bit scruffy in places and bright metal parts weathered a bit, but it aint new.
Ohlin Rear Suspension and 50 mm Termogoni Exhausts.
Asking £2110

Anything to look for on this model?
Any major flaws?
Cheers
Nick

Bike: Multi, 600SS DD

Sounds like a good deal. It's a fairly sorted bike, no real mechanical issues, engine pulls well, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Just buy on overall condition really.

Bike: 03 MTS 1000DS Grey

Budget a couple of hundred for a belt change and to buy the bits for an oil service, which you can do yourself easy.
Price is ok and better at 2k. Engine is a peach and should sound booootiful with the termi's.
Service history is a nice touch but not the end of the world on a 7 year old bike, if its still going well then it should be ok. Are there any MOT's to give some credance to the mileage?
Should be alotta fun

Cheapest i managed to find so far

Thanks for the advice. Appreciate that.
Looks like time to buy on Wednesday.
Looked on ebay and autotrader and could find anything of that age and that mileage for anywhere near 2k.
And it does sound a treat with the pipes on but quieter that my KTM 640SM!
