New Bike / Exhaust

I am getting my new bike in early March (S2R 1000)
Just looking for some advise really.
I have got a Spareshack de-cat pipe with lamba sensor adaptor & a 2-1 Remus titanium oval can with removable baffles.

The question is, do I wait till the bike is run in & had it's 1st service before fitting the exhaust system, or do I fit it from the word go.

Are there likely to be issues regarding warranty?

Regarding a power commander, I am not that bothered about gaining extra power & I will only go the PC route if I find that the new exhaust upsets the smooth running of the bike.
I have the same system fitted to my S2R 800 & that runs absolutely fine with no PC fitted.

What are your thoughts?

A friend has just bought a 1098 and the dealer is fitting the termi syatem at the first service, he was advised to do this by Pro Twins.
If you fit the system yourself you may void the warranty in some way, best get your dealers advice.

Hi
getting my 1000 sc in march got the termi's with new ecu and airbox on order, I was advised to run it in with standard kit on them fit it after,
as with power commander it will probably need one and to be set up, as ducatis cylinders run at different tempretures so fueling may be way out with new exhaust on if not set up properly.
Its not all about power, your throttle responce may suffer if you don't and it may run lean, which can cause valve wear and rear cylinder to run too hot.

hope this helps.
