Bit odd that they have kept the air box and there is just a pipe going to the side of it?

It is described as 'Under Construction' in the web page so there's probably a bit of tweaking to come.

I did wonder why they opted for an 800 and not a 1000 .

K/ How else would you get the air in from the blower?
Looks an interesting challenge, but the received wisdom is ususally that fitting a turbocharger to a twin is not a great success due to the lumpy nature of the exhaust impulses, much more successful with a 4 cyl engine where the pulses can be smoothed out giving a consistent impeller speed.....unless you count that sexy blast from the past, the H*nda CX500 turbo

There is a air filter on the front of the turbo, so I presume it will be a mixture of the standard airbox and air intake on the turbo itself, which is not an easy task.

Just looks like some one has stuck some pipes together for a laugh to me.

The air box being pressurised would mean that they would have to do a lot off messy messing about to make the air box not leak/pop bits off than there would be to make up a manifold to supply the throttle bodies.

No. They think a bit of wood will work as a shock on the rear.
