tyre query

I have neve done a track day, so purely road riding over the years I have noticed alot between different tyres and their profiles, an extreme for the road was the Dragon Super Corsa, but rapid wear and scary in the wet meant a summer tyre only (lesson learned). I now tend to prefer Meztlers as the better allrounders, and this is over both the Pilot and the 2CT's. I will be putting these on the S4R next. I just havent bonded whith 2CT's, I am uncomfortable with them much sooner than other profile tyres.
