Quite a busy looking design, I like some bits not sure about it as a whole, but if I've learned one thing, it's you have to see a bike in the flesh to really know what it looks/feels like. Also, if it's meant to be a GS beater and may have to ride through deep'ish water at some point, aren't the exhausts too low ? anyway looking forward to checking it out soon.

From the pictures it looks good, agree though that bikes are better seen in the flesh. Its price will be difficult to stump up for, but its possibly got the 1198 lump in which will be a trade off. Accessories will be much in demand, those exhausts look rubbish. Then again its gotta be better value for money compared to the SF though.

Well thats just my 2P'th ......

Do we know any prices yet? Like to see it.

I'm sure that the 'S' model, if it has Ohlins, traction controll, ABS, switchable engine maps, etc. has to be priced the same as the 1198S, ie. over £16,000- ........... at the very least it will cost the same as the Streetfighter.

Have to say this is growing on me after some P155y comments I made earlier. The test will be the test. I am going to need one for two hours to get the feel of its long distance capability.

Growing on me too - but need to see in the flesh and test ride.

Is it just me or does the exhaust seem to very close to the back wheel! Wonder what the termi's will look like??

Could be very pricey however!

S version has new 'DES' ;

"In addition, standard equipment on the the S version of the Multistrada includes the innovative DES system (Ducati Electronic Suspension) that electronically adjusts the Öhlins suspsension and ABS "

Which could be interesting

Prices from America converts as Standard £9,000, 'S' varients £11,400. Now US price of Multi 1100 S is roughly £8,700 against £9,500 here so if it follows-which it won't-the standard price here should be roughly £9,800 with the 'S' at £12,200.
