Hugger

Hi all, does anybody know how to find a hugger to fit a 620 MTS? I've tried and tried, including one from Ducati Leeds, which they thought would fit ( it's for a monster 620 ) It don't fit! Any held gratefully received. Cheers

I have one here that I have not put on my bike.

It fits perfectly but it has a hole on the right of it for a screw to fix it to the swingarm. Problem is the swingarm doesnt have a hole for the screw.........

Hugger

Hi Paul, where did you get the hugger from? Is the whole in a difficult place to drill, does it need fixing there, would it be stable without? Cheers

Hi there. It came with the bike. The previous owner had it and sent it on to me with lots of other bits to do with the bike. I will ask where they bought it from and get back to you. It looks great on the bike itself.

The hole needs to be drilled just to the right of the brake pipes on the right hand side of the swingarm. It's really tricky as the pipes are literally a fingertip away and the swingarm is solid!

I did manage to have it on the bike and it rattled about a bit. You could hear it rattling on the swingarm so I took it off. I don't know what to do with it now!

There is one on ebay right now..........

Hope this link works..........

I managed to put mine on recently. I used a plastic tie-wrap thing and tightened it around the swingarm and through the hole in the hugger. Works a treat. Mate has a zx6 and that has the same thing on his hugger.
