Multistrada 620 Handlebars - A bit far out!

Any other 5' 5" riders out there who've noticed that the bars are abit far out for them and done anything about it? Gone to the multistrada from 750ss so was real culture shock when first started out on it. Really enjoying the bike - read Kazie's threads and you can sure throw them around abit - especially round Cadwell - bum right off seat to get that weight over from being a tall bike.

Are you still having trouble with the bars. I've been told that Renthal do a great replacement as they are more swept back meaning your arms aren't so stretched out.
Btw, how on earth do you manage to stop on your bike at 5' 5". I'm only 5' 9" and I have trouble.

I am 6' in my stocking feet and find it awkward to plant my feet down. I must have long body and short inside leg!

My inside leg is 30" in bare feet.
