I saw two Paso "Anoraks" at Riders Bristol a couple of weeks ago - they are in a world of their own. When i get old and ready for a pipe and slippers i think i might join them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a couple of solo rides out from Bridlington across the Wolds to Fridaythorpe and Pocklington beginning and mid November. Not alot happening. It was the annual Scooter gathering in Brid recently and 1 guy was determined to keep up with me while coming back along the "Scenic Route" through Fimber. Not sure what it was, some Vespa or Piaggio wasp thingy but fair play to the lad. Other than that, all quiet on the western front. The clutch is starting to complain when pulling off so that's a job to do before next years settled weather returns. I'll try post a few pikkies if i get chance for another blast out before the salt and road crud appears with a vengeance. Take it easy folks.

I've never seen a Paso in the flesh, so you boys must be rare as rocking horse do-da these days I reckon! And excuse my ignorance but what does Paso refer to/mean?

Bike: Ducati's

It was named after Renzo Pasolini, the Italian GP star of the late 60's early 70's, who died at the Italian GP along with Jarno Saarinen and maybe one or two others, I think it was the 350GP.
They crashed on oil reputed to have been dumped by Walter Villa's Harley in an earlier race, it was 1st lap carnage.
Jarno was leading the 500GP class at the time, the 1st time a 2 stroke had done this, it was the 1st Yamaha TZ500.
