Ducati 750 PASO Frame Compatibility?

Hi
Will a 750 ss carb belt engine fit into a 750 paso frame, Any mods needed ?

Well apart from the SS being air cooled and the Paso water cooled.

I'm aware of that mate, What i would like to know ! are the pantah based paso crankcase frame mount holes the same as the later 750 ss crankcases ?

I think they will be the same on the carbed bike.Not sure about the later i.e motor tho.
Pretty sure the i.e bikes have differant crankcases.

Oh and there are a couple of 916 pasos around but off course the crancase is virtuallly the same 8)
