Can't see what is limited, looks the same as the others but I am no expert, like you I have never heard of a limited edition one not in red anyway, the blue was a limited run as was the white.

Well there you go according to Ian Fallon there were 2,303 907s built and the last year of production was 1992. Ian is the author of many Ducati referance books 8) The only REAL ltd edition pasos were the pearl white ones produced for the usa market. Which actually had midly tuned engines and special exhaust systems marked not for highway use, included in the delivery crate. It has been suggested that these were to holmagate the paso for statside racing indeed the prototype red 750 paso was raced at daytona , its now owned by vicki smith in the usa. My blue 1988 906 is preety rare been one of only 100 produced for the states but thanks to the crap written by so called expert motorcycle writers didnt sell so it came back to blighty

Perhaps they've confused the 'IE' with 'LE'? They've certainly confused Ferrari with Agip...

You don't see many of those blue ones about though. I've got a soft spot in my heart for the Paso, given my dad's first Ducati was a 906
