err....yes I had delivery last week - done 25miles, then the rain started !

very pleased - its beautifully made, deep paint, nice welds etc. must admit the riding position is going to cripple me! clip ons are low !

Huge difference to my guzzi V11, you would never guess their both 90 degree v twins - one's surprisingly smooth the other has 'character'

Hopefully post some pics when I get round to downloading the camera.

Cheers

I must admit i like the classic look mixed with the new of the 'Paul Smart 1000LE' and with the cafe racer riding position is going to be hard on the wrists but i bet its a fun bike to ride even if you cant do hundreds and hundreds of miles on it.

Hopfully in the spring/summer you will be able to get out with a few of us for a blast around the country side, Also when you have been with it for a while you can give us all a write up on your new classic

I don't know about low bars, I did 80 miles on mine when I picked it up and didn't feel a thing. I did get a bit lost that day as I only live half a mile from the dealer I bought it from.

I bloody love it though, knocks the Monster and SV I had before into a cocked hat. The style of the thing is the main reason I bought it and I've heard people comment on it as I go riding past, one bloke even shouted 'Cor look at that' and pointed at it.

I've only done 181 miles so far so hopefully as this weekend is surposed to be clear it'll have doubled by Monday.

Nice one DrBob!!!

Your obviously a man of taste!!

I only wish I had the time, my 'other' new arrival (Charlie) is seven weeks old and is a bit time consuming - i.e Ive done 25 miles and it looks like it is going to stay like that 'till spring!!

see green thing in photo during staged key ceremony (with wifey taking photo)

I even had to have the bike delivered to my house and obviously the garage!!!
