Members Bike - Andy's Paul Smart 1000LE

I picked my Paul Smart replica up a couple of weeks ago.
I've got the Termignonis on it and it sounds ace.
Aylesbury Ducati reckon it's the loudest new bike they've ever sold which is nice.
I reckon it handles and stops superbly and it certainly draws a bit of attention.
I was out in the Cotswolds last Sunday and I stopped for a cupper when a load of lads on GSX-R's, Baldes etc. stopped just to have a look at it.
They all said that it looked beautiful but a few of them expressed doubts about the performance. I have no probelms admitting that I can't handle the latest Japanese race replica stuff these day's and the Paul Smart replica gives old gits like me a great alternative.....

Hi Andy welcome to the site and by the sounds of it your allso not to far away to meet up for coffee and cakes

Anyway introduce yourself to the forum in the intro section, You will find this is a small but perfectly formed club and everybody on here is passionate about Ducatis in all shapes and sizes :wink:

I think we will have to hear and see this bike with the Termis on so some piccys wouldnt go amiss 8) Tke it easy and i hope we speak again soon.

esspecialy as you have one of the new classics :wink:

There is also going to be a fair few of us around the area and a lot of us have bought bikes from Ducati in Aylesbury this also works well for a meeting place on Saturdays as there is a tea van there :P

This little exercise will really please my neighbours!

Hi Dan,

I've been flat out at work recently and doing family stuff at the weekends (you know the visit to the in-laws before Christmas and all that rubbish) so I haven't had time.
I'll sort something out over the Christmas break and post it to the site.

the bike is feeling very niglected at the moment and am feeling the need for a spinn.

Maybe down to Boxhill or soming
