 , biposto.
I cannot answer your questions, but I can perhaps help to make them clearer. For "poetry", do you mean, "Dichtung"? If so, the correct translation is "seal" or "gasket", not "poetry". And for info, although it does not really matter, "umin" is "rpm" (revolutions per minute) in English. I am sure someone will be along soon who has some answers for you. Geduld!

Well, I'd have to say that if its a June 2008 bike it needs to go straight back to the Ducati dealer.....warranty and all that......dont start fiddling yourself or you may invalidate it......

Shouldn't be oil anywhere...something is amiss. Take it back to your dealer.

Biposto, welcome to the site.
I am sorry to hear about the problems with the 1000 sport. It sounds to me as if something wasnt put back properly after the service, as all the issues seem to relate to the oil system. As others have said, take it to a Ducati dealer and get them to sort it out under warranty. If you have concerns about your local dealer (they certainly seem to vary here in the UK!), perhaps it would be worth a trip to another one?
BTW I would say that on air cooled bikes 130 deg C oil temp is normal, especially at this time of year.
Good luck, and keep us posted on how you get on.
