DPCars Numperplate light

Sorry not really worth the wait but these are the pics of how I fiited a numberplate light light to my DPCars tail kit. Still need to work on the cables but once I have put some heatshrink sleeve and cable tied them should be ok. Used in the dark last night and seem to work ok.

I was looking at mine today as well,I shimmed out the rear of the tail light as I thought it was pointing down a bit too much for my liking.
I'm still toying with the idea of ditching the lot and making a rear light cluster myself using a rear lens with a clear window at the bottom.

Dave,
If you do ditch the DP tail unit, I'll have it off you.

Sorry Darren,I should have been a bit clearer, I meant ditching the actual light cluster and making a new arrangement around the DPshort tail.
A fine ambition perhaps but I may not get the time to actually implement it.

Dave G,

Just a guess but did you submit a pic of your bike as part of the rider power survey this year, if so you might want to check out page 142 of August ride magazine. Not stalking you but front garden looks very simimlar to the one you posted with the DPcars kit fitted. This pic is before the kit. Not a big pic but nice to hace a sports classic actually make an appearance in one of these mags.

CTT.
