Streetfighter- cans or full system?

Looks like a deal is nearly done for a new Streetfighter S-

Two things.......

Red or Black, I nearly always go Red (748r is only duc I've had not red, it was yellow).

Termi cans or full system, much better sound or not a lot in it? For a grand more is it worth it bearing in mind I'm not bothered about more power just the best sound possible!

Cheers.

The black with the gold looks meaner, like a streetfighter should, can and system will be similar for noise but if you go for cans you may always wish you had the full system so get it right the first time.

Black - and get a one off system made that exits straight under the tail - would look much better

I don't usually like all red, my 695 is black with red frame, but I have seen the streetfighter in both and the red just looks so awesome. I think maybe they should use a gloss instead of matt finish for the black SF or Monster 696/1100, as the matt looks a bit dull.

Not buying it for it's looks (although I think it looks cool but beauty is in the eye of the beholder), it's the most fun I've had on two wheels for years even better than the Hyper which I love.

BTW- tried a monster sr4rs and although it was nice didn't really do it for me.

The 696 is matt black
1100 is gloss black
Streetfighter is metallic black.

Congratulations. If you want a streetfighter then you go ahead & get one. Its a ducati after all & an induvidual one at that.
After all i suppose you are using it to ride , No one told the 1098 boys what to get , even though their bike looks like, let me see (A Fireblade, ZX10,) etc etc Jap IL4.
Its a real mans bike as it wont need to be kept in the garage & polished as it has no fairings, agin another turn off for some owners.

Hi mate, hope your well?
No shame but the Hyper an 848 have to go to make way for the Streetfighter, I'd love to kept the Hyper as well but we are expecting our first 'little Kip' and the 27th July so money is a little tight at the moment. That and I'm not sure I'd use the Hyper once the SF is here it's the way it was with the Hyper 848, always choose the Hyper upon entering the garage!
Getting on OK with yours?
Kip

Thanks J, Parkinson's have a SFS on demo (but don't ride it unless you want to be putting your hand in your pocket!) had it out for a few hours last week and that was it for me. They also have a black S in stock plus a standard in red, I've gone for a Red S so couple of weeks wait for it to arrive then Parkys will have a very nice 09 848 and 08 Hyper to sell.....
