Hi Johnt,
Welcome to the site, that's a nice looking special you have there,
I think the job that you've done with the headlamps is 'spot' on
If only you could have found/made a 2-1 that exited on the left, you'd have had people chasing after you to get a closer look at a Supermono.
I've only ever seen 4 or 5 Supermono's in the flesh and thought them beautiful, it's strange though that the later 90SSIE's which were styled to look like them always left me cold.

Steve

Had a Supermono in my van last weekend. That sounds so good, I want to say it again!!
Bit of a lie, though....what I had was a Supermono-engined special which I was moving from one specialist (who is a buddy of mine) to the builder. The engines alone are quite expensive apparently. But I never achieved my ambition to hear it running cos the cooling system and ignition system were disconnected.

Steve - thanks man. Yes nearly did the 2 - 1 exhaust thing but I love the growl of two tubes. The other thing I could have done was use a monster / 851 frame but I couldn't find one at the time (pre Ebay days for me!!) that I could afford.

Funny thing tho is the tripple 8 I have now is getting Titanium SILMOTO pipes that I purchased on 'TradeMe' off the bloke who owns a Supermono here in NZ - is that a sign?? The power of on line auctions.....dangerous to the wallet ;-)
