Agreed...nice little run that one. Usually do it at least a couple of times a year - ideal for the summer evenings.

Heh, I have a different idea of 'little'.

It was around 185 miles all-in, which is a pretty long run in my book - not something I'd do in an evening!

Last few times I've been out I've not managed to do less than 180 miles. Just don't want to come home...it's costing a fortune in petrol

Tell me about it - I went through 3 tanks last weekend.

I've done more miles in 3 weeks than the previous owner did in a year, though....

I popped over to Pembrey on Friday and took a circuitous route home. Up at 6am on Saturday to ride over to my brother's in Reading for breakfast, before heading over to St Albans. Back to Reading by lunchtime and then out around Henley-on-Thames in the afternoon. Beer and curry Saturday night. Rode home Sunday. When not riding the bikes (he's got a 748) we were either talking about bikes/cars or watching them on the telly. Now that's what I call a weekend - albeit I've got crick in my neck now!
