Hello, did you have a dull early May Bank Holiday? No idea where to go? Nowhere fun and exciting?
Well why not COME TO BELGIUM for the late May BH! Yes, thats right! BELGIUM!

Myself (GT1000) and Hazel (Monster 695) will be going to stay at the bike hotel near Ostend (www.grd.be)
We are booked on the 12:30 ferry from Ramsgate to Ostend on Friday 23rd.
We are staying Friday night and Sat night there before heading off on our long summer trip to Italy.

Why not join us? Dont forget Monday 26th is BH so maybe you could come over on the Saturday and go back on the Monday? Despite the "boring Belgium" tag this is a great place to go with some great roads and scenery. We will have a ride on Saturday, destinantion to be decided, maybe Brugge, Ieper (Ypres) or Antwerp.
I think Willie, who we met there last year plans to come along.
You are obviously free to make your own way there but if you want to do the same crossing as us then please do.
The hotel is about 60 miles from Calais, a bit less from Dunkerque and only a few miles from Ostend. I have stayed there many times, a fun place, inexpensive and clean with excellent beer and good food.

Suggest you book hotel in advance.
Any questions fire away.
Adam.

Many of us here will be at Assen racing that weekend, and will be travellling back to the UK late on the Sunday or during the Monday...why dont you and your friends ride out to Assen? There will be Ducatis and other classic bikes there from all over the World.........must be less boring than Belgium ! Lol!

Send a message via MSN to CK & AK
and those with Monsters are highly likely to be going to the UKMOC Monster weekend at Arrow Mill at Stratford that weekend, or maybe just for the National rideout on the Sunday

Sorry I cant join you this time.
