Nope,I avoid it like the plague.
Cadwell never seems to be able to cope with the huge crowds and the surrounding area will be crawling with police.Lincs police anti bike, 'Operation Stealth',is still in full swing.Expect marked and unmarked cars/bikes patrolling the main routes.
I may have to work on race day,..if not,I will watch it on tv with a Stella or two.

Keefy, you could not be further from the truth, but then again I know the roads and the only cops I see are once I get up Scamelsby hill, Strange but true.
About 4-5 years ago whilst onroute to Cadwell BSB on my old 748 with Cathy riding pillion I had a race with BMW, from just out side Bardney till Baumber, I recognised the plate in my mirrors, some local lad with four of his mates & a few mates in another car behind them, the plate was WON 1, yep non other than Mark Philips, he managed to out brake me on the aproach into a sharp right hander, remember I was 2's up, but his mate didn't get past me.

Naughty I know but it was fun, so if you fancy going on Monday let me know & I will show you the back roads, in fact after turning off the main Louth to Horncastle road less than 2 miles from Cadwell, we are lucky to see another bike till we get to Lincoln.

Went to Cadwell BSB last year, no coppers and no queue to get in
(but I was there by 7am).
Can't make it this year because I will be at the Manx.
Hope the sun shines for us all, even Mr Grumpy Keefy stella drinker. :-)

Talking

LOL brings back a funny memory from a certain person who was with me at last years BSB at Cadwell - we didn't get there till about 11am, wasn't too bad on the queues and the coppers - I just remember killing myself laughing at the road tax disc question!!!! nudge nudge wink wink ......................say no more - ahem!
