Sorry I missed this, Karen....and congratulations on the decree absolute! Yep...my least favourite time of the year too....I actually begin to feel better when we get to the shortest day...about 4 weeks from now. Bugger!
Was out for a short blast on the yamaha yesterday before the rain came...I had almost forgotten what riding felt like.
Planning on visiting the show on Wednesday, with my son-in-law. Apparently there are some good deals on clothing/helmets etc, so I'll have to see how it goes.

Its going slowly... you would not believe the amount of odd tools you require to dismantle the engine. One is on the way from Australia in an attempt to save some cash! Hopefully it will be here this weekend so I can get on with fixing the problem...

Hi Karen, must admit that I am tempted! I spent all day yesterday carrying out maintenance on all three Dukes and I am supposed to be working on my car today. I need daylight for that, which is in short supply except at weekends!

BTW there is a small piccie of my 748 by the Loire in the Ride Power survey with this months Ride Magazine! Fame at last, for the bike at least!

Now back to wrestling with my conscience about todays rideout!
