Hi -I have a pair of pristine red mirrors [748 - 998] -sell for £90 if needed -post/pack £20 so £110 total. If interested e mail 'bordeaux.keen@btopenworld.com'. I also have some rare side airbox carbon covers [off 748S] -good condition £75 [one corner showing signs of distress at very edge] -these have two holes each extending the line of the original fairing fasteners -these can hold the covers on or cut down fasteners used [held by silicon under the cover] with covers held by small self adhesive velcro. On my 748S but replaced by carbon airbox. These mimic the 749R - covering the red airbox side to look like the R.
Enough of that - if you want the carbon covers they can be sent inclusive of postage above.

I have been in Hong Kong for about 5 years. I have a place in France though which is where the 998 will live. I pick it up in a couple of days, I'm really excited. I have talked to Nel5on about having a drink or two when he gets here. Why don't you join us?

Hi Jimmy, I see you've got a 998s and live in Hong Kong. Me too.
I just bought it and haven't even ridden it yet. Its sitting in Nottingham waiting for me to pick it up. Is your bike in the UK or Hong Kong.
