Roy. Good to meet you last week. You were right about my roundabout route going past the David Lloyd fitness center. I saw this on my way back and I can only assume I've blocked it out in the past as
1) Its a gym.
2) I'm normally on my right ear around that roundabout

Hope Kersty and Abigail are well, Heather is at her mums as dad hasn't been too well, he's 85 so she gets a bit worried if he's feeling poorly.
