Phill/Ghost,
I wouldn't mind being behind KK she'd get it good and hard if there's a new Ducati at the end of the do...
It's just that 'Vale's a bit toooo camp for me...
Unless he's offering a new Ducati as well, then I could be swayed...
A moments pain for an awfull lot of gain ...

Steve

Hi Steve ID,
The factory is claiming set up difficulties, Melandri is on the back row Stoner's got it onto the 3rd row.
The seasons not over yet Stoner's only one point behind your man.

Steve

Just gettin in a bit of crowing
yep the duke looked well unstable this afternoon, thankfully TC is not used so much
the tyres are so much better and the gods are spinning up again and the times are so close.
I predict a exciting race tommorow...

I seem to remember being in on this bet last year. Saying that I don't think Stoner will be the man this year and so far that is very much the case. I think he has lost his invincibility of last year already and the new boys are likely to blow him away. He's already acting like a spoilt brat and the mistakes are coming thick and fast.

Like I said last year. To be a great champion, you have to achieve for more than one season. No doubt we will soon start to see him (Stoner) throwing it down the road again.

Steve ID,
Have they altered the rules on traction control?

Steve

Hi Steve,

No rules are the same, On eurosport mamola mentioned the riders
use the TC less and use there ability to spin the rear etc instead of
throttle wide open electronics take over style...... it's alot to do with the fuel limit they run i feel.
less throttle less fuel used i guess.

Hi,
I thought a great ride from Stoner against the odds, the bike was all over the show!
Funny how the bike went so well in pre-season testing, won the 1st race, then has gone backwards??
He still finished 6 places in front of the next Ducati rider and picked up some useful points that may well be needed at the end of the season.
I see Rossi was well duffed up by Gorgeous George and that little guy with NO personallity...
I think his name is 'Dainty Pedalbike'?
I bet he (Rossi) wishes he'd stayed with Michelin now?
Did you see how casual young Stoner was putting the bits that were falling off his bike back, at god knows what speed?
I wouldn't want to be the guy who put that part on!

Steve

Methinks it'll be very different in China, Shanghai is a very, very quick circuit more in tune with the Duke. Time will tell if the Michelin guys have sorted their problems on all circuits.

Stoner did very well under pretty dire circumstances ... but the rookie Lorenzo is something else

Hayden managed one title and then disappeared and just maybe, Stoner has had his time too......!!!!

Pre season means diddly as there is no pressure to perform and though he may have said it will be easier to defend his title, he may just have got that wrong
