casey is a national treasure
Being Australian and proberly from convict stock I was proud and happy to see him win the Brit MotoGP and enjoyed the battle of the valantino and danni show good to see Ducati out in front again.
Shame about your man James he is a good rider shame to see him out so early , what was with hayden few desperate moves on the boy from Yandina that didn't work.
At least when they played the Oz nat anthum you can say if it wasn't for the brits we wouldn't have Australians......lol

Good for you. Not everybody here has seen it, as people may have other things (they have to) do on a Sunday and may have to leave the GP until tonight (after the footy) or tomorrow, so the polite thing is to avoid suggestive titles (as they'll show under New Posts) and put 'Spoiler' in the title of any thread where the race is being discussed, so people know to avoid that one.

Well Looks like the BBC or other radio stations don't exsist in england I heard it here on the radio before I watched it too seems everyone has a gripe over there with an australian making a comment on a UK based forum.
I do not see what knowing the final result has to do with sitting down and watching a taped version of the race , many sports are reported all over the world and normally you know the result before you get a chance to sit down and watch a recorded version.
or maybe you guys just like to whinge !!
Will proberly be wiped of the forum now cause I put a simple post up saying well done to a talented rider and all you lot did was call me a spoiler well if I am to bad cause casey deserved a Rap in my opinion.
Now I can't wait to see what a spray I get I get over this post should be very funny!!!!

Hey Waz, nobody was calling the result, Casey or you a spoiler mate. It's just one of those things we do to warn people that the post will give away the result and if you don't want to know yet, don't open.
To be honest, MotoGP doesn't get that much coverage on the news over here but even the news reporters will give a warning to 'look away now if you don't want to see the results'.
Well done to Casey and the Ducati team. Looks like they've sorted the problems out. Rossi is hungry for it though so should be an interesting second half of the season. JT probably had his most depressing MotoGP weekend, and on his home ground, poor fella. Aussies did very well, all credit to them.
So, 'Spoiler' refers to spoiling the anticipation for people who don't want to know the result yet. I would suggest a title like 'SPOILER - A national Treasure'.
Don't take it too seriously. (this is where I'd put a smiley face but they don't work on the laptop)

Im with 851 on this. After every single GP people come on here or other forums and then complain that the result has been spoiled for them.
People obviously do not learn. If you don't want to know the result of a motorcycle race, don't go surfing on a motorcyle web forum.
