Mill - Good call on Scott Redding.
You probably guessed from my original post that I was a huge Kevin Schwantz fan. Epic rider and a really nice guy, who I have been lucky enough to meet a few times. So many of the great riders have super smooth style, with Freddy Spencer being a favourite, But Kevin Schwantz always looked as though he spent most of the time beyond the limit of the bike! Brilliant! I had a great friend Gary who when encouraged by Plod to take a Bikesafe Course, with the Motorcycle Cop saying to him "You'll learn to ride like the Police" Came back with the response "I don't want to ride like a copper! I want to ride like Kevin Schwantz"!! (RIP Gary - very fast rider who died in his sleep far too young - heart failure!) Bud |
