In most instances the hi tec expensive models have extra sensing technology to accurately meter the water used according to the load - saves a little on water and electric over the "standard" model. Very good, but since they're often £200 - £300 more expensive, how long to get that extra purchase cost paid back through reduced water and energy charges? Not this decade, for sure!

Bought a Bosch Classixx on your advice (plus it was a bargain price !)

Can't wait for the wife to come home and start using it !

got the new Indesit washer,very surprised by how quite it is.you wouldnt
even know its on spin even if your in the same room.
