...Or , "How Farmer Giles was blown away"
This thread , to a site for mountain bike riders (A bike with no engine! I ask you!!) was originally posted here by Swannymere (for which much thanks!!!). It seems that many missed it the first time. For them and those newly joined, I post it here again.

Thanks, Mark, and more especially thanks to Swannymere for the original post!!
??Want to rate the thread? It's the button at the bottom of the "additional options" box.??

Btw, I was checking the thread to explain some abbreviations for a foreign friend to whom I had sent the link a month ago, and I ended up reading the whole thing again and laughing my socks off again too! Imagine what it must have been like to have been getting it real time instead of, as we have done , reading the transcript of the cockpit voice recorder (as it were).

I think I have woken up the dead let alone got the whole street nervous from my shrieking laughter!

I havent laughed so much and continuously in a long time. I have cried out everything.

I knew you'd like that
It's quite probably the funniest thing I've ever read - I can hardly beleive it's getting so few hits !!.

I think there is a case for making it required reading for any "newbie" wishing to make "kneeslider".I guess the reason for so few hits is no-one who hasn't read it knows it is there.
