See you girls on Monday!! (hopefully I will not have thrown the bike down the track at Brands hatch on the 12th!!)

Anyone else coming down on those dates or thinking about it might want to read the original thread from when a few of us attended level 1: California Superbike School (Silverstone): 20 Apr 08

Just booked L1 on the Monday

What are people doing for accommodation the night before? Anyone staying at a local travelodge and interested in meeting up on Sun night?

Cheers

Rich

Last time we stayed at the Buckingham Travelodge as the one nearer Silverstone was dearer but rather strangely if you book it now it is cheaper? Sunday night is £19, Monday and Tuesday is £29 pn (but you can not get a refund if you cancel)

Travelodge - Hotel overview

Not sure if I should stay the Tuesday night as well?

I think the last course was Sat/Sun. This one is Mon/Tues... I think different places have different peak days and different offers.

I will no doubt be staying in Buckingham on the Sunday night (my parents live there) and may well be available for guiding/lifts if required!!
