Bike: Ducati 848 & Orange 223 IBS (both white).

Californian Superbike School 18th/19th Aug

I am doing levels 2 & 3 at Silverstone on the 18th & 19th August. There are currently spaces available for all Levels on those dates (not so with most other dates at the minute). If you are thinking about it, I seriously recommend it. Maybe see a few of you there.

I could consider doing Level 1 on 19 August. I see it's a 7am start - so assume I'd need to get up there Monday night (hence going for Tuesday). Would plan to ride up slowly on Monday afternoon and stay overnight locally.

350 squids though - that's a blinkin' lot!

Mind you, looking at the info, July 8 would be even sooner... Though Rockingham is too far away. I think Silverstone would be the sensible option on 19 August...

Will chat to him indoors...
Cheers.

If anyone else is up for level 1 I'd be interested.

EDIT- To rephrase I'm almost definitely going to do level 1 and it would be nice to do it with some others from here if possible. I'd look at booking in the next week.

Cheers,

Ed

This needed a quick 'bump' to bring it to the attention of our evening (in the UK, with apologies to people who are having afternoon tea in the US or are finding it hard to sleep further East) Ducatisti crowd.

I'll talk to david.hicks about this when he gets home...

Rich,
I've not booked yet but either day would be suitable (only 5 remain on the Saturday). Cheers,

Ed

It is in my calendar too... I guess my preference would be to do the 18th Mon but if others are doing Tues that would work as well.

I would really like to do L2 & L3 on the 18th/19th as a birthday treat to myself

But L2 is sold out on the Monday. I keep meening to call and see if they could fit me in and so will try to call again tomorrow. If not I will just do level two on Tuesday.

Hello, new here

My bike hasn't arrived yet (okay, I haven't put the order in yet) but I'm curious...

Level 1 - what it's all about please?

And would a Sport Classic 1000 BP be a suitable bike to do it on?

Thanks

At the CSS you have to start at Level 1 no ifs buts anything. Use what you intend to ride.

I would love to do L2 but I think I can only do Monday - I will have to phone them upand ask to be put on waiting list, but I am short of money at the moment.

Mmm what can I sell?
