For knee down, you need to find a nice roundabout, not to big or the speeds will be too high. We've got a cracking one just up the road...two roundabouts linked together, so the show-offs can wheelie down the hill, scrape round the roundabout and wheelie back up the hill, scrape round the top roundabout (that ones a bit busy with cars for me)

I'm not that good, but I did learn to scrape my knee there. Nice little roundabout, good visibility, 40mph, hang off and down it goes. Get a mate that can already do it to show you and take pics of what you're doing while you're learning, so you can see how far off/close you are and what to adjust. Once you've done it once, it'll be easy

I'm sure somebody local to you will know of somewhere to go. My first time...starting off hanging off lots, gradually less until there was lots of lean (for me anyway!)
I'm just starting to learn to wheelie again and we need to find somewhere suitable away from the road. Best thing to do is go and ride round all the industrial estates when they're closed, find a nice, long, smooth stretch where you're not going to be upsetting anyone by being there. For both you could do with somebody who knows how to do it already to give you tips. Wheelieing is harder for me, it takes more bravery and skill, so don't rush it, take it one step at a time
