1 you will need new clutch cover, new pressure plate, stainless springs, stainless bolts, anodised cups (colour and style of your own choice)
2 take a last look at the standard cover
3 remove fairing screws and whip it off

Clutch Cover
WOW, WOW, THERE. STOP THE BUS BUD.
Hey hhhjesus. Great Post Bud. One warning though. When you take your Clutch Cover bolts off, you do not need to take the bolts at 11 and 8 O'Clock. These are only used in taking the righthand engine casing off. Have a look again at the cover and you will see that these 2 bolts at 8 and 11 O'Clock are countersunk. When you take the 4 bolts off and not 6 as you have these C C Bolts have a Torque setting of only 9NM's. The ones at 8 and 11 O'Clock are much greater. You want these bolts at their proper settings.
I am looking just now at my Manual for the setting for the casing bolts but it is a mine field looking for them.
I have marked the bolts from your original Photo to let you see.
I will get back to you and let you know what they are.
Jim
I have posted the diagramme for the engine cover. No luck on the Torque values as yet. As you can see it shows you them clearly. Tells you to refer to the Torque settings in Chapter 3. B*LLOCKS.
Anybody know what the name of the cover would be? I have looked under Engine Casings, R/Hand Clutch Main Housing etc, etc.
