Ducatisti Trackday 2009 (Pembrey Circuit): 05 Sep 09

Some of you will know that for the last two years we've had a little annual trackday at Pembrey Circuit with Phil Beven Trackdays organised by Alan Holland.

The original reason for choosing PB Trackdays was because Phil used to race a Ducati so money spent on his trackdays supported his Ducati Racing efforts, however although Phil may not be racing an Italian thoroughbred anymore the atmosphere he and the team created for us last year was so welcoming and super relaxed that I'm proposing we head back there again for 2009.

I've had a chat with Alan and he agreed to set aside a number of places for Ducatisti members on Saturday 5th September at a cost of £99 per/rider per day and multiple bikes are welcome.

So what do you need to do to book?

- Call Alan Holland directly who Coordinates Phil Bevan Racing / Trackdays on: 07968 208 132
- Tell him your part of 'Ducatisti' and give him your real name and Ducatisti website username
- Ask Alan to reserve you a place and he will take your debit/credit card details, then take the money sometime in August, but I'll leave him to tell you when.
- Leave a post in this thread telling us your going to come along

Plus there's an extra bonus! - A FREE TRACKDAY!

In my own personal mission to get as many 'Ducatisti' there as possible and to also hopefully inspire a few attendees that have never done a trackday before, this year like last year I'll be giving away a trackday for free, which means a little raffle on the Saturday lunchtime will take place for all those attendees mentioned in this thread and I'll be giving somebody back their £99.

IMPORTANT - DRIVING LICENSES
On the day of the event you must produce ( your own...) a valid and current DVLA Driving Licence showing your Date of Birth ( Over 21 years of age on the day of the event ) and the FULL motorcycle entitlement. New two part DL's BOTH parts must be produced. Likewise we accept Current ( 2009 ) ACU / MCUI Road Race Licences. Anything else just ain't gonna get you on the track.

Attendees as of 24/07/09 @ 17:30

I've just called and left a message on Alan's voicemail confirming my booking (14:40 Saturday 14/03/09).
Gone for intermediate as well, so should be fun.
