Brands Hatch BSB/WSB hospitality anyone?

Dan has kindly allowed me to put up a post about this. Some of you may know me from DSC, here and also ISC.

Anyway over the past couple of years I have managed to hire a hospitality suite at Brands for BSB and WSB meetings. I have been offered the suite again but am after numbers before saying yes.

The suite is on the 1st floor near the Paddock Hill end of the bank of suites. It has views across virtually all of the Indy circuit and a 42" plasma screen for the bits you cannot see. The suite holds 28 people.

So the prices and info is:

BSB 4 - 6 April £70
WSB 1 - 3 August £110
BSB 10 - 12 October £70

The prices include: 3 days entry to the circuit and suite (assuming someone is there to open it up). It does not include food, drink or camping. However, I usually buy some soft drinks etc.

I am not standing to make money out of this. I think if all places were taken I would make about £200 before the costs of organising it so in the end not a lot for the effort. I would also mention that Dan is not getting payment and has not asked for any. However, if I do end up with a surplus I would of course make a donation to the Ducatisti pot - note voluntary donation and not an agreed fee!

So the next step is really for people to give firm yes's. Please bear in mind that payment for these will be needed within a few weeks as I have to pay for them.

So if anyone is interested please list below.

UPDATE on this for the BSB in april:

I have today been in contact with the suite holder who still has the suite available.

We can now get it for £60 per ticket but need numbers and commitment immediately!

I am very interested in WSB at Brands at the beginning of August.

Ozz, When do you have to firm up numbers & Pay ?

Do you know if you get bike parking within the circuit.

Also, do you have to get 28 people for it to be a goer?

Andy, with the WSB I will wait until nearer the time as there is a chance the price will drop.

I would expect to have to pay 50% up front though when I book it and would need 28 definites before doing it as I stand to make bugger all for the time and effort involved.....

As Harrie says yes there is bike parking but its grass! I know last year some used the hospitality parking tickets and got to park closer to the circuit but not sure it was any better....

my pass directed me to the paddock entrance and then i parked in the first field there. it was close to the circuit but no closer than the normal bike parking.

Hi Ozz

I'm thinking of making it a family weekend away. Children under 12 get into Brands free. I've got two of them. Would they be welcome in the suite? How much would I have to pay for them?
